Still Wellness is founded by Colin Hart, whose 25 year career has been spent operating at the highest levels of Scottish luxury hospitality and design. Spanning years of lived experience, Colin has led many celebrated openings, from managing the award-winning Ondine, one of Edinburgh's most acclaimed seafood restaurants, to playing a key role in the opening of The Edinburgh Grand, one of the city's most prestigious addresses. Most recently, Colin was instrumental in building and scaling the hospitality and tourism offering at The Glenturret Distillery, home to the world's first Michelin-starred distillery restaurant.
