Cold water, thoughtfully delivered.
There is a reason cold water has been part of Nordic bathing for centuries. Step out of the heat, into the cold, and everything goes quiet. It is the other half of the sauna ritual, and in Scotland we have never been short of cold.
We supply and install the Temperd range of cold plunges: beautifully made, plug-and-play units that chill to as low as 0°C and warm to 40°C. No ice to buy. No plumbing to install. Clean, filtered water at exactly the temperature you choose, ready whenever you are.
Every model runs from a standard socket, is controlled from your phone, and is suitable for indoors or out. Choose from five colours and two hardwood finishes to suit your garden, terrace or studio.
Which plunge is right for you?
In simple terms, the Standard is a beautiful home plunge, the Pro and Barrel Pro go colder and recover faster, for daily users and small studios and the Commercial is built for venues that see a steady stream of guests.
